I got my first set of Fitness Tracker! Let me give you an idea of how this one works, read on!
In today's world where almost everyone is starting to be conscious about their health, smart fitness tracker became popular. It has been making a buzz for a while now, bust since most of them are expensive, I just can't afford to get myself one before. Fortunately, as one of the perks of being an honest product reviewer, I got the chance of reviewing this fitness tracker for almost free (I got it for a heavily discounted price in exchange for my honest reviews and opinions).
Anyway, let's discuss the basics. This Alisten Smart Fitness Activity Band came in a cute little navy blue box. It came with the removable black tracker, 2 smart bands (camouflage & black in color), USB charger and a user manual.
Assembling the Smart Band
Putting the tracker and band together was a no-brainer. Just take it outside the box, insert the tracker into the hole in the waistband and slightly press the edges to secure it, and then you can wear it. The user manual is a helpful guide, it's also written in different languages which are convenient if you speak a language other than English.
Charging the Tracker
I found the USB charger cool and easy to use. You just have to insert the tracker into the USB charger dongle and make sure the two metal prongs inside are connected to the device, then plug the USB charger into a USB port on your computer or in a power bank if you have one.
Downloading the Smart Movement App
For you to be able to use it, you have to download their free application called "Smart Movement" either from App store if you have an iPhone or from Google Play store if you have an Android device.
It was not hard setting it up. Once you downloaded the app, open your phone's blue tooth and open the App then choose the device from the choices that will show up in the first screen, After that, go to the profile tab with the image of a person and has "Me" as its name. Then click the lock band that can be found in the upper right corner of the app. This will automatically scan devices and once your tracker's name appears, just click it and the tracker and phone will automatically be synchronized, populating the correct time and date in your tracker device. Your tracker is now ready to use. Touch the band and it will show you the screen.

So, what can this tracker do? A couple of basic things such as the following:
Display time and date
Count your steps, calories, and distance.
Monitor your sleeping progress
It has push notifications for messages, calls, and even alarm clock
It can be used as a camera remote
IPX67 Water resistant
The only thing it's missing that could have been a great addition to it is the heart rate monitoring ability. But, overall, I love all the function of this smart fitness tracker. The battery life was great, and it can stay charged up to 15 days in stand-by. The tracker helps me keep updated with all incoming calls and messages when I am away to my phone. Although I am not planning to use the other wristband, I found this tracker stylish and can match everything I wear. I also like the fact that it's water resistant. I can wear it even while I'm washing the dishes.
I will continue to monitor its performance especially when I go back to walking and running every day.

So, after trying each of every one of these samples, which some are full-size products by the way, here are my honest reviews and opinions: ONA Treats - Cookies and Bars - 3/5
I like the packaging of the ONA Treats Cookies as it's cute and colorful. I also love the fact that it's Paleo Friendly, Gluten-Free, Grain-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, and contain No Refined Sugars which would be a healthy snack. The taste was a little bit bitter like dark chocolate, but you can get used to it especially when you are trying to eat more healthy snacks. It looks delicious too!
This candy arrived just in time when I was suffering from a cough. I find the taste soothing, not too sweet with the kick of a real ginger. It also calms me when I am feeling nauseous. I totally loved its ginger sweetness. I tried putting it once to my tea, and it added a great flavor to it! And oh, I love how they are individually wrapped, making it easier to carry where you're on the go!
First off, I didn't actually like the smell of this product. However, in the brighter side, it did brighten my skin in just the first use. It actually has that firming and tightening power. It's creamy but non-greasy at all. It made my face smooth and younger looking! Too bad, the sample was only for one use (but I did manage to used it up to 3 times😁😁😁)
These tasty little mints are packed with flavor and caffeine. It gave me an extra boost to do the things I have to do and give me extra when I fell short of energy. The taste was great! It goes from sweet to the bitter taste that's exactly what I need for fresh breath and an additional kick of energy. The sample I received had 3 pieces medicine tablet-like candies. My husband and I already ate 2, so I only have one left for the picture below.😁😁😁
This Body Wash and Shampoo soothes my scalp and skin's itchiness. Although I don't have Eczema, I sometimes suffer extreme itchiness in my scalp and some part of my skin. It's gentle on the skin and does not dry it out. It has a faint smell, which is okay. It leaves my skin smooth.
First of all, the smell of this coffee is terrible that you just don't want to try it out. But I did try it once, it's definitely tasty but not that strong as it claims for a dark coffee. But you can simply add more grounds of it to make it as strong as you want it to be. I won't probably buy this coffee again. Just the smell of it makes me want to puke, sorry!
I love that they offer pouches for this peanut butter. It's easy to use and can be carried around on a road trip or picknick. It was indeed a creamy peanut butter! I love that it has natural ingredients with the right amount of salt that made it even tastier. It's not made sweet like other peanut butter I tasted which is good. This might become my new peanut butter choice!
I had my husband tried it, and he was impressed like I was. It smelled really good and was perfect for him as he was always on the go in the morning. This is perfect for busy guys who still want to smell good. Easy to use with the fragrance that can get you to the day!
This vitamin will come in handy when you need extra energy for the day. It's packed with real vitamins, fruits, and natural energy boosters. Although I didn't like its taste, which smelled and tasted like medicine by the way when I mixed it with my favorite juice, the taste tamed down a little, so it's bearable for me to drink. The good thing about it was, it actually did gave me energy for my whole day of stuff ahead. I got the berry and citrus flavor which can both go with my favorite juices.
Most of the time I will experience extreme muscle & back pain, plus sore legs and feet. So this patch is an excellent addition to relieving the pain. I used this sample pain relieving patch on my back, and it did work well in relieving my back pain. No heat or burning sensation like other patches do, but it worked well and was indeed effective. It felt cold when put on my back but only for a couple of minutes. I love how it acted fast and made my back pain disappear! I might say it won't stay as long as you wanted it. In some parts, it can easily come off. But one more positive about this product is that it doesn't yank the skin when you pull them off as other patches do.
So, that was my awesome box of goodies and my reviews of each! Overall, I can say that this box was by far the most amazing sample box I received! It contains a variety of sample products including some full-sized items that not only I can enjoy but my whole family as well! My favorite was the Prince of Peace Ginger Candy that soothes my throat and gives my tea a distinctive flavor. The next thing I love from this box was the Georgia Grinders Creamy Peanut Butter that was perfect not only for my morning bread but also in between snacking throughout the day. Most of the products from this box I would definitely buy more and recommend to others. I was so happy to be able to try this mattress topper at a heavy promotional discount in exchange for testing and review purposes. I had trouble sleeping at night and one of the reasons was because my bed mattress was hard and the bed sheet kept on slipping because of the plastic of the mattress.
When this mattress topper arrived, it came in a big box! It was rolled over in a plastic that came with an instruction sheet. I followed the instruction sheet carefully. I bring the mattress topper out of the plastic, lay it flat on the floor and waited for the maximum 48 hours for the mattress topper to fully rise.
I asked my husband to help me put it on our bed because the mattress was big and heavy for me. Since we do not have an exact Queen size bed, the mattress topper came out a little smaller but just fine to cover the entire side of my bed (My husband side was where if fell short, but he didn't mind). 😀😁😁
I love how soft this mattress topper was! It was so comfortable and it did help me sleep more soundly at night. And since it has air ventilation designs, it won't get as much as hot since the holes in the memory foam will let the air get through more easily and feel cooler during sleep. You can also remove the cover to wash it when the time comes.
